About Mental Health

Generally, mental health is something everyone should look after and understand. Knowing how you feel and how you are doing mentally is very important to our health and overall well being. As College students we tend to forget about taking care of ourselves and are so focused on school that it starts to slip away. Taking a step back and helping you understanding how we can change our mental health for the better is our mission!
